The journal’s influence remains strong, as reflected in its readership: In 2024, ERA Forum recorded 208,185 article downloads, demonstrating its role as a widely consulted resource in European legal discourse.
Over the course of 2024, ERA Forum published 37 articles across three issues, covering a broad spectrum of legal fields. Topics have ranged from competition law and public procurement to the rule of law, criminal justice, and EU enlargement. Additionally, the journal has addressed emerging challenges such as greenwashing, cybercrime jurisprudence, and technological advancements in EU case law.
In line with ERA’s commitment to knowledge dissemination, an increasing number of ERA Forum articles are available under open access licences. In December 2024, it ranked among the top European law journals on Google Scholar in the categories of European Law and International Law. With an h5-index of 23, the journal demonstrates a consistent impact, with at least 23 articles receiving 23 or more citations in the past five years.
